Brief of the Skill Training of VI students by Diverseus Society Trust
The MOU was signed on 24th July, 2023 between RDWU and Diverseus Society Trust for Skilling of the VI students of the University and providing career opportunities in the corporate sector to the interested candidates.
A total of around 60+ students participated in the program. There were 30 final year students (Graduate and post graduates) and rest 30+ were first- and second-year students.
We had conducted an individual skill assessment of all the students to know the level of the students so as to design the course curriculum. We categorised the skill training in to 4 parts like
1. Soft Skill
2. Basic Computer
3. Functional Training
4. Corporate Interaction
We have completed the above program and students are being awarded completion certificates. We are awarding the best performing students with laptops and cash prize to encourage them to get skilled and start a career in the corporate sector.
After a couple of corporate interactions, one company CSM Technologies based out of Bhubaneshwar invited interested students to visit their office to have a firsthand experience of the job roles and the corporate environment.
Three students have been selected by CSM Technologies for training in their organisation.
